Customizing your site identity

One of the first things you’ll probably be looking to customize is your brand identity on your site. This includes adding your own logo and favicon.

Logo:

WordPress Dashboard>Appearance>Customize>Header>Logo. Here you can upload your logo and select how you want the title and tagline to show in relation to the logo (or not at all). If prompted to crop your image, you can skip it so WordPress doesn’t save a second version of your Logo.

Favicon:

WordPress Dashboard>Appearance>Customize>Site Identity>Site Icon. Here you can upload your image to update the favicon,
